Jennifer Edney is the Director of Quality and Claims for MoveAssure Solutions.  With over 20 years in the moving industry, she is motivated to seek continual improvement in how the moving industry modernizes and grows.  

Born and raised in the moving industry of southern California, Jennifer learned first-hand the local and long-distance operations, dispatch, planning, move management, customer satisfaction, claims and quality control of the service as well as the team members. 

Jennifer started working for her family’s moving company early, learning the details of a small-town business and the challenging work of multiple responsibilities over time.  After college and marriage, she moved to northern Virginia to tackle the complexities of a van line and how that relationship affects the local moving industry.  Her broad understanding of the industry allows her to be a reliable resource to her customers and clients.
