In her role as Customer Care Manager, Michele has been instrumental in streamlining and enhancing the relocation experience for numerous families.  Her creative and outgoing approach to problem-solving, combined with a commitment to excellence, has earned her a reputation as a moving expert. 

Michele’s journey in the relocation industry began after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.  Leveraging her educational background, she transitioned into training roles and contributed to the development of policy manuals for several moving companies.  Her experience as a quality auditor at two separate ISO9001 Certified companies has equipped her with the skills to establish efficient systems and processes for relocations.
